【摘要】目的：研究脑卒中偏瘫康复治疗中强制性运动疗法的价值，以期指导后续治疗工作。方法：将本院符合纳入及排除标准的80例脑卒中偏瘫患者进行编号，1～80号，上述样本选取时间为2020年11月—2024年1月，1～40号为对照组(常规康复治疗)，41～80号为研究组(强制性运动疗法)，对比两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，研究组运动能力评分高于对照组，对比有意义(P<0.05)；治疗后，研究组日常生活能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，与对照组相比，研究组TUGT更低，MWS及BBS更高，差异显著(P<0.05)；研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施强制性运动疗法可以显著提升疾病治疗效果，改善患者日常生活能力和运动能力，推广价值高。
