【摘要】目的：分析发病48h以内行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)对老年患者应激反应及肠屏障功能的影响。方法：选择我院收治的69例LC老年患者，以手术时机为分组方式，将纳入患者分为三组，即对照1组(n=23，手术在发病48～72h之间实施)、对照2组(n=23，手术在发病72h之后实施)和观察组(n=23，手术在发病48h之内实施)，三组患者均实施LC，对比三组应激反应及肠屏障功能。结果：术后，相较于对照1组和对照2组，观察组应激反应指标改变程度最低，肠屏障功能指标更佳，组间两两对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：针对LC患者在发病48h内实施手术，能够减轻患者的应激反应，其术后肠屏障功能改善效果更为显著，值得推广。
