【摘要】目的：探讨急性咽喉炎应用布地奈德联合地塞米松治疗的效果及症状消失时间，为临床治疗提供依据。方法：选取2022年4月—2023年9月收治的71例急性咽喉炎患者作为研究对象，依据用药方法不同将其分为两组，对照组(30例)和观察组(41例)。对照组给予布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加入地塞米松混悬液雾化吸入。治疗结束后，从三个方面评价治疗效果，包括不良反应发生率、炎性因子水平和症状消失时间。结果：治疗前，观察组与对照组的炎性因子水平如白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及C反应蛋白(CRP)无明显差异，无意义(P>0.05)；治疗后，观察组炎性因子水平明显低于对照组，症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率与对照组相比无差异(P>0.05)。结论：对急性咽喉炎患者采用联合疗法(布地奈德+地塞米松)更具有疗效，用药安全。
