【摘要】目的：评价泻火平肝汤治疗急性脑出血的效果。方法：选取30例急性脑出血患者，随机将其均分为对照组和观察组，每组15例，对照组进行常规西医治疗，观察组进行联合泻火平肝汤治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，观察组治疗效果、神经功能评分、ADL评分、生活质量评分以及中医证候评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：泻火平肝汤治疗急性脑出血可改善其运动功能，提高其生活质量，建议推广。
