【摘要】目的：探讨温阳固涩汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的临床疗效。方法：在获取研究知情同意的基础上邀请50例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者入组，时间2021年10月—2023年10月，以信封法分成两组，每组25例，对照组给予奥替溴铵治疗，观察组联合温阳固涩汤治疗，用药2周后进行疗效评价。结果：治疗后，相较于对照组，观察组血管活性肠肽、P物质及IBS-SSS评分更低，神经肽Y、IBS-QOL评分及临床治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论：腹泻型肠易激综合征患者接受温阳固涩汤治疗可改善胃肠激素分泌，减轻病情，提升生活质量，效果显著，值得推广。
