【摘要】目的：探讨童趣诱导联合综合性护理干预对于小儿支气管肺炎的意义。方法：以我院在2021年1月—2023年6月间收治的120例小儿支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象，利用随机数表法将其分成两组，对照组60例采用常规护理，观察组60例采用童趣诱导结合综合性护理干预。对比和分析两组患者护理后症状恢复时间、住院期间配合度和护理满意度。结果：观察组发热、肺部啰音、咳嗽及气喘等症状恢复时间短于对照组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患儿配合度和护理满意度均高于对照组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：童趣护理和综合性护理干预的联合应用对于小儿支气管肺炎患儿症状恢复有促进作用，还可提高患儿配合度和护理满意度，具有较高临床意义，值得推广。
