【摘要】目的：分析产妇应用无痛分娩护理干预的价值以及对产程的影响。方法：2022年1月—2023年1月，共计选取80例产妇展开分析研究，以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组两组，各组均为40例患者，对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组实施常规护理干预和无痛分娩护理干预，比较两组产妇分娩方式和各产程时间。结果：相较于对照组，观察组自然分娩率更高，差异显著具备统计学价值(P<0.05)。观察组各产程时间均较对照组短，差异显著具备统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论：产妇应用无痛分娩护理干预的价值显著，可缩短产程时间，提升自然分娩率，安全性高，建议临床推广应用。
