【摘要】目的：分析持续质量改进护理对新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)新生儿尿布性皮炎发生情况及护理满意度的影响。方法：选取2020年1月—2024年1月我院收治的60例NICU新生儿作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分成两组，一组30例为对照组，另一组30例为观察组，分别实施常规护理和持续质量改进护理，观察两组尿布性皮炎发生率、尿布性皮炎面积、痊愈时间与护理满意度。结果：护理后，相较于对照组，观察组新生儿尿布性皮炎发生率更低且严重程度更轻，新生儿家长护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿尿布性皮炎面积小于对照组，痊愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：NICU新生儿在持续质量改进护理干预下，可降低尿布性皮炎的发生率，整体提高患儿家长满意度水平。
