【摘要】目的：探讨全程优质护理对新生儿并发症、家属满意度及体质参数的影响。方法：选择2020年3月—2022年3月我院收治的70例新生儿为研究对象，按照双色球法将其分为对照组与观察组，每组35例。对照组开展常规护理，观察组开展全程优质护理，后续观察和比较两组新生儿并发症情况、家属满意度及体质参数等三项指标。结果：观察组新生儿并发症发生率低于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)；观察组家属满意度高于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)；观察组新生儿体质参数高于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：全程优质护理的实施，能够减少新生儿并发症，提升其体质水平，改善家属满意度，值得应用于临床。
