【摘要】目的：分析优质护理模式在严重创伤失血性休克患者护理中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2021年1月—2023年1月收治的80例严重创伤失血性休克患者，随机将其分为对照组和观察组，每组40例，对照组给予常规护理模式，观察组在对照组基础之上给予优质护理模式，记录并比较两组患者住院指标、抢救效果、时间指标以及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组住院时间、住院费用等住院指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组抢救效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组抢救时间、检查时间以及急诊消耗时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：优质护理模式在严重创伤失血性休克患者护理中应用可以改善整体护理效果，值得在临床上广泛推广与应用。
