【摘要】目的：分析肺结核患者应用精细化护理模式的效果。方法：2023年4月—2023年10月，选取本院收治的506例肺结核患者，按入院顺序分组，分别记为对照组和观察组，各253例，对照组开展常规护理，观察组应用精细化护理模式，对比两组护理效果。结果：护理后，观察组总依从率和护理满意度评分显著高于对照组，SAS和SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：护理肺结核患者时，实施精细化护理模式后，可有效改善护理效果，提高满意度。
