【摘要】目的：探讨个性化手术护理在经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术中的应用效果。方法：抽取我院2022年4月—2023年4月收治的30例前列腺增生症患者为研究对象，所有患者均行经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗，术中辅助实施个性化手术护理，回顾性分析手术指标及护理满意度。结果：①30例患者术后平均导管留置时间为(73.89±7.64)h，平均首次下床活动时间为(2.31±0.54)d，平均住院时间为(5.54±0.76)d，并发症总发生率为6.67%；②30例患者平均护理满意度总评分为(91.09±5.34)分。结论：在予以前列腺增生症患者经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗期间，辅助实施个性化手术护理，能够降低术后并发症发生风险，缩短患者康复时间，提高整体满意度，值得临床推广。
