【摘要】目的：分析为老年高血压患者实施个性化认知干预护理的效果。方法：将我科2023年1月—2023年8月期间收治的100例老年高血压患者作为观察对象，采用随机数表法将患者分为常规组与个性组，常规组实施常规护理，个性组实施个性化认知干预护理，对比两组护理效果。结果：干预前，两组血压状况相似(P>0.05)；干预后，个性组血压情况优于常规组(P<0.05)。干预前，两组疾病知晓情况相似(P>0.05)；干预后，个性组各项疾病知晓评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：为老年高血压患者实施个性化认知干预，可以有效改善患者的血压状况与疾病认知，具有临床推广价值。
