【摘要】目的：分析集束化干预策略在老年卧床患者预防压疮护理中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2022年12月—2023年12月共90例老年卧床患者作为研究样本，随机将其分为观察组及对照组，每组45例。对照组患者接受常规压疮护理，观察组患者则在常规压疮护理的基础上采用集束化干预策略，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组压疮发生率明显低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：集束化干预策略在老年卧床患者中具有良好的应用效果，不仅能够为患者提供全方位的护理服务，降低压疮发生率，还有利于提高患者及家属的满意度，提升患者依从性，保证护理质量，值得推广应用。
