【摘要】目的：讨论人工种植牙口腔修复的护理配合方法与效果。方法：将2022年2月—2024年2月期间的102例患者纳入实验，采用单双号法分为A组和B组，A组实施常规护理配合，B组实施优质护理配合，对比两组护理效果。结果：护理及治疗前，两组患者的咀嚼能力评分比较差异不大(P>0.05)；护理及治疗后，两组咀嚼能力评分均降低，且B组咀嚼能力评分低于A组(P<0.05)。B组患者的PES及WES评分均高于A组(P<0.05)。B组患者术后感染、伤口开裂、结缔组织长入、种植体松动等并发症发生率明显低于A组(P<0.05)。B组患者术前宣教、术中沟通、术后护理、微笑服务等方面的护理满意度评分均高于A组(P<0.05)。结论：采取优质护理配合能够有效提高人工种植牙口腔修复的咀嚼效果、美观程度、安全性及满意度，具有临床推广的价值。
