【摘要】目的：探讨在终末期肾病患者接受维持性血液透析治疗中实施细节护理与营养干预的临床价值。方法：汇总80例患者(疾病类型：终末期肾病；时间2021年2月—2023年4月)资料，随机分为两组，一组40例患者采取常规护理(纳入对照组)，另一组40例患者采用细节护理与营养干预(纳入观察组)，统计两组患者的生活质量、护理满意度以及营养状态。结果：护理后，观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；护理后，观察组白蛋白和前白蛋白均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在终末期肾病患者接受维持性血液透析治疗中，为其提供细节护理与营养干预服务可改善整体营养状态，促进护理满意度及生活质量的提升，值得推广与实施。
