【摘要】目的：探讨两癌筛查对女性健康的作用及意义。方法：选择2021年8月—2023年9月在我院进行两癌筛查的350例女性进行回顾性分析，对全部受检人员进行两癌筛查总结分析。结果：350名受检女性行乳腺癌筛查结果显示乳腺癌检出率为0.29%，乳腺纤维瘤检出率为6.29%，乳腺增生检出率为23.71%；350名受检女性行宫颈癌筛查结果显示宫颈炎检出率为24.00%，阴道炎检出率为10.86%，子宫肌瘤检出率为4.29%，盆腔炎及阴道壁囊肿检出率为2.29%，液基细胞异常检出率为5.14%，卵巢囊肿检出率为3.43%，总检出率为50.00%。结论：两癌筛查是保障女性健康的重要手段，有助于女性及早发现体内病变，减少乳腺癌、宫颈癌等恶性肿瘤的发生，保障女性的健康。
