【摘要】目的：探讨规范化健康教育在2型糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法：选择2021年1月—2023年6月在我院诊治的39例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象，对患者实施规范化健康教育，比较干预前与干预后3个月患者治疗依从性、血糖指标以及自我管理行为的差异。结果：干预后患者治疗依从性高于干预前(P<0.05)；干预后患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白均优于干预前(P<0.05)；干预后患者自我管理行为评分(SDSCA-6评分)高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论：规范化健康教育可以提高2型糖尿病患者治疗依从性，提升患者自我管理行为，改善治疗效果。
