【摘要】目的：探讨CICARE沟通模式联合流程重组在高危孕产妇护理中的临床价值。方法：选取2021年6月—2023年6月宿迁市第一人民医院收治的82例高危孕产妇，随机将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用CICARE沟通模式联合流程重组，比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)，日常活动能力与护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在高危孕产妇护理中，CICARE沟通模式联合流程重组可提高护理质量，缩短住院时间，提高孕产妇的护理满意度与日常活动能力。
