【摘要】通过采集、处理和分析三维胸腺数据，三维容积超声技术实现了胎儿胸腺体积测量、形态和结构评估，以及早期发现胸腺发育异常。相较于传统方法，三维容积超声在解剖细节可视化、空间定位和量化分析等方面具备明显优势。本综述回顾了三维容积超声技术在孕期胎儿胸腺检测中的临床应用进展，并探讨其优势、可行性及未来发展方向。
