【摘要】目的：探究经阴道超声检查与经腹超声检查在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠诊断中的价值。方法：选取2020年10月—2023年10月于我院接受诊治的80例疑似剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者，患者入组后均接受经阴道超声检查与经腹超声检查，以后续手术结果为金标准。评价两种超声诊断在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠中的检出率及诊断效能。结果：经阴道超声检出率高于经腹部超声检查，P<0.05。经阴道超声检查的诊断效能均高于经腹部超声检查，P<0.05。结论：在对剖宫产疤痕妊娠患者的诊断中，经阴道超声检查的检出率及诊断效能更高。

    Exploration of the clinical value of ultrasound application in the diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy

    【Abstract】Objective：To explore the value of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods：A total of 80 pregnant patients with suspected cesarean section scar received treatment in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected.All patients received transvaginal ultrasonography and transabdominal ultrasonography after admission，with the results of follow-up operations as the gold standard.The detection rate and diagnostic efficiency of two kinds of ultrasound diagnosis in caesarean section scar pregnancy were evaluated.Results：The detection rate of transvaginal ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound ......
