【摘要】目的：探讨优质护理在胎盘早剥患者中的临床应用效果。方法：纳入60例胎盘早剥患者，均于2019年8月—2023年8月在我院就诊，随机将其分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组接受优质护理，比较两组患者在多个方面的不同表现，包括术中出血量、术后出血量、血压水平、不良妊娠结局及护理满意度。结果：护理后，观察组术中出血量及术后出血量均明显低于对照组，收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的不良妊娠结局发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对胎盘早剥患者实施优质护理措施，可减少患者术中出血量与术后出血量，降低血压水平，改善不良妊娠结局，同时提高患者护理满意度，值得广泛推广。
