【摘要】目的：评价不同妊娠期高龄产妇相关指标变化同妊娠伴发疾病存在的关系。方法：选择2021年1月—2023年12月间的80例适龄产妇以及80例高龄产妇，在孕早期、孕中期以及孕晚期测量两组产妇的血脂、血糖、甲状腺激素以及凝血功能指标，对比两组产妇妊娠伴发疾病发生率。结果：孕早期，高龄组与适龄组的血脂、血糖、甲状腺激素以及凝血功能指标相近，P>0.05。孕中期与孕晚期，适龄组血脂、血糖及凝血功能指标低于高龄组，甲状腺激素高于高龄组，P<0.05。适龄组妊娠伴发疾病发生率要比高龄组低，P<0.05。结论：在孕中期以及孕晚期，同适龄产妇相比，高龄产妇的血脂、血糖、甲状腺激素以及凝血功能指标会出现明显的变化，需格外关注；而且，高龄产妇更易出现妊娠伴发疾病。
