【摘要】目的：讨论社区孕早期保健的开展对孕妇健康的促进作用。方法：选择2021年9月—2022年9月的80例社区孕妇，将其分为两组，对照组采用常规孕早期宣教，实验组采用社区孕早期保健。比较两组干预效果。结果：干预后，两组的预防畸形、孕期营养、地中海贫血、唐氏综合征等保健知识掌握率、孕早期保健满意率、剖宫产率、孕妇难产率以及负面情绪相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：在孕妇中应用社区孕早期保健可以提高保健知识掌握率，降低孕妇难产率，缓解负面情绪，具有重要的临床价值。
