【摘要】目的：分析子宫腺肌病应用腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断的临床价值。方法：回顾性方法分析，对本院收治的疑似子宫腺肌病患者进行筛选，共75例，时间：2021年1月—2023年3月，分别采用腹部B超与阴道B超诊断，以病理诊断为金标准，比较不同检查方法的敏感性、特异性及准确性。结果：腹部超声联合阴道超声的敏感性、特异性及准确性均高于腹部超声与阴道超声单一诊断(P<0.05)。结论：在诊断子宫腺肌病时，联合应用腹部超声与阴道超声的敏感性与准确性较高，可为临床治疗提供参考依据。
