【摘要】目的：分析心脏彩超联合颈动脉超声在冠心病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法：选择我院于2020年3月—2023年3月期间收治的78例冠心病患者及同期78例健康体检者，所有人员均接受心脏彩超与颈动脉超声检查，对诊断效果进行评价。结果：冠心病患者射血分数、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、Tei指数、斑块积分以及斑块厚度均明显高于健康体检者，心脏彩超联合颈动脉超声诊断准确率明显高于单一检查方式，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：冠心病应用心脏彩超联合颈动脉超声诊断的准确率高，可以为疾病的鉴别和诊断提供参考依据，有较高的应用价值。
