【摘要】目的：探究术前床旁超声评估老年患者虚弱状态，并预测其术后转归的可行性和有效性。方法：选取2022年1月—2023年3月间需于我院行手术治疗的50例老年患者，术前24h收集患者临床信息并使用床旁超声技术评估患者虚弱状态，依据评估结果将患者分为虚弱组和非虚弱组，并对比两组患者MRC肌力评分、握力值、日常生活能力评分及步行能力评分并预测两组患者术后不良结局发生率。结果：术前床旁超声结果显示虚弱组30例，非虚弱组20例；虚弱组MRC肌力评分、握力值、日常生活能力评分与步行能力评分均低于非虚弱组(P<0.05)；虚弱组谵妄发生率与非计划转ICU率高于非虚弱组，ICU滞留时间与总住院时间长于非虚弱组，30d内无特定原因死亡率高于非虚弱组(P<0.05)。结论：通过术前床旁超声检测评估，医生能够准确识别出虚弱状态患者，为老年患者手术决策提供更可靠的依据，降低不良转归风险，加快机体恢复。
