【摘要】目的：探究标准化分诊流程在发热门诊管理中的应用价值。方法：选择2020年5月—2023年5月在我院发热门诊就诊的300例发热患者作为研究对象，用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与实验组，每组150例。对照组接受常规分诊流程，实验组实施标准化分诊流程，比较两组的病区管理工作质量评分以及满意度评分。结果：实验组的病区管理工作质量评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者的就诊环境评分比较差异不明显(P>0.05)；实验组的护理态度、就诊效率及候诊感受评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：标准化分诊流程在发热门诊管理中的应用效果显著，能提高病区管理工作的质量，提高患者满意度，值得推广。
