【摘要】目的：探讨多层螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)联合X射线摄影在股骨颈骨折中的诊断价值。方法：选取我院2022年1月—2022年12月收治的60例疑似股骨颈骨折患者，使用X射线检查和多层螺旋CTMPR联合X射线摄影，比较两种检查方式的诊断效果。结果：多层螺旋CTMPR联合X线诊断的符合率、敏感度、特异度以及阳性预测值均显著高于X线(P<0.05)；多层螺旋CTMPR联合X线诊断的漏诊率及误诊率均显著低于X线(P<0.05)。结论：多层螺旋CTMPR与X线结合在股骨颈骨折中具有较高的诊断价值，能够提高检出率和临床诊断率，降低误诊率。
