【摘要】目的：探讨前庭大腺囊肿/脓肿行电针凝切法治疗的临床效果及术后并发症。方法：选择2021年1月—2023年1月70例前庭大腺囊肿/脓肿患者，随机将其分为两组，各35例，研究组接受电针凝切法治疗，对照组接受传统造口术治疗，记录两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛及并发症，术后随访1年，记录两组患者复发情况及性生活水平。结果：研究组手术时间短于对照组，术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组术后疼痛明显轻于对照组(P<0.05)；两组术后并发症发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)，且两组均未见复发；治疗后，两组FSFI评分相比于治疗前均明显提高(P<0.05)，但两组FSFI评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论：电针凝切法治疗前庭大腺囊肿/脓肿能降低术中出血量，缩短手术时间，减轻疼痛，减少术后并发症，优势明显。
