【摘要】目的：评估脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱护理中，中医针灸联合康复护理的效果。方法：选取80例脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者为样本，研究时间为2022年5月—2023年5月，通过随机抽签将患者分为各40例的两组，即研究组(中医针灸+康复护理)与对照组(康复护理)。比较两组护理效果。结果：干预后，与对照组相比，研究组症状积分更低(P<0.05)；与对照组相比，研究组并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)；干预后，两组膀胱顺应性、膀胱残余尿量以及膀胱容量均优于干预前，且研究组膀胱顺应性与膀胱容量均高于对照组，膀胱残余尿量低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组总满意度高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：中医针灸联合康复护理可以增加膀胱容量与膀胱顺应性，帮助患者改善症状，降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度。
