【摘要】目的：总结张晓甦教授从肝脾肾角度对高雄激素PCOS的理解及治疗思路，为临床医师诊治该病提供新思路。方法：通过师从张教授门诊，累积临床经验，整理分析病例、医案。结果：文章从理论和治疗层面分别进行讲述，并附一则病案共享。结论：张晓甦教授认为高雄激素PCOS的发生，病位责之于肝脾肾，病理因素以痰湿、肝郁为主，治疗当以健脾渗湿、化痰疏肝为主，配合补肾调周理论，临床疗效颇佳。
