【摘要】目的：分析针灸联合益气舒筋汤治疗颈肩腰腿痛的效果。方法：选择2021年1月—2023年1月期间临泽县中医医院针灸科收治的120例颈肩腰腿痛患者，结合抽签法将其分为两组：对照组(n=60，常规治疗)和研究组(n=60，针灸联合益气舒筋汤治疗)。比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，研究组疼痛评分低于对照组，治疗后半年内的发作率低于对照组，康复总有效率高于对照组，颈肩腰腿功能评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：针灸联合益气舒筋汤治疗颈肩腰腿痛的效果显著优于常规治疗，值得推广。
