【摘要】目的：观察罗沙司他联合补肾生血排毒汤治疗肾性贫血患者的疗效。方法：选取2022年1月—2022年12月我院收治的70例肾性贫血患者。35例患者(罗沙司他组)行罗沙司他胶囊治疗，另外35例患者(罗沙司他+补肾生血排毒汤组)除罗沙司他胶囊治疗外，予以中药补肾生血排毒汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗3个月后，罗沙司他+补肾生血排毒汤组的Hb、RBC与HCT均高于罗沙司他组，差异显著(P<0.05)。罗沙司他+补肾生血排毒汤组的临床疗效优良率明显高于罗沙司他组，差异显著(P<0.05)。两组的药物相关不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后，罗沙司他+补肾生血排毒汤组的中医症候积分低于罗沙司他组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：对肾性贫血患者实施中药补肾生血排毒汤辅助西医治疗的效果更好。
