【摘要】目的：对小儿上呼吸道疾病护理中加强康复护理，分析其应用价值。方法：随机抽取2023年6月—2023年12月期间我院收治的60例小儿上呼吸道疾病患儿开展研究。利用随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组与观察组，每组30例。对照组患儿接受常规护理，在此基础上，观察组患儿实施康复护理。比较两组患儿的病情康复情况以及家属满意度。结果：与对照组比较，观察组患儿咳嗽、咽痛/咽部充血、发热等症状改善时间以及住院时间均更短，有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患儿家属的总满意率为96.67%，明显高于对照组的76.67%，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对上呼吸道疾病患儿加强康复护理能够促进其症状缓解及病情康复，同时可提升家属的护理满意度，具有推广价值。
