【摘要】目的：探讨综合护理干预在儿童肺炎护理中的效果。方法：选取2022年7月—2023年6月我院收治的62例肺炎患儿，随机将其分为两组，每组31例，研究组接受综合护理，对照组接受常规护理，对比两组临床疗效、肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间及住院时间。结果：研究组的临床疗效、肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间及住院时间均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：综合护理干预在儿童肺炎的护理中能显著提高临床疗效，缩短肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间和住院时间，可作为儿童肺炎护理的有效方法。
