【摘要】目的：探讨优质护理干预在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果及在提高家长满意度中的作用。方法：选取本院2022年8月—2023年8月收治的70例新生儿黄疸患儿作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分成两组，每组35例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组以此为基础开展优质护理干预，就两组胆红素(TcB)水平进行比较，另对比两组症状消退时间和家长满意度。结果：观察组出院前的TcB水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组胎便转黄时间与黄疸消退时间均较对照组短(P<0.05)。观察组家长满意度(97.14%)较对照组(77.14%)高(P<0.05)。结论：对新生儿黄疸患儿实施优质护理干预能降低其TcB水平，加速症状消退，提高家长满意度。
