【摘要】目的：探究针对妊高症产妇产后出血开展优质护理干预的临床实际应用效果以及满意度情况。方法：选取我院2021年1月—2022年1月期间所纳入的84例妊高症产妇，将所有产妇通过抽签法分为参照组与试验组，每组42例，参照组开展常规护理干预，试验组执行优质护理干预，对比两组干预前后血压指标、产后出血率以及护理满意度。结果：试验组产后出血率为2.38%，明显低于参照组的19.05%，P<0.05。试验组临床护理满意度各项评分均优于参照组，差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。两组干预前血压水平比较差异不大，P>0.05；干预后，试验组舒张压与收缩压均低于参照组，差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：针对妊高症产妇产后出血执行优质护理，其整体应用效果明显，能够有效改善产妇血压情况，降低产后出血率，且临床护理满意度相对较高。
