【摘要】目的：探究在医院感染护理管理中应用PDCA理念的临床效果。方法：抽取我院实施PDCA医院感染护理管理后(2021年1月—2022年1月)的20名护理人员并将其作为观察组；抽取我院实施PDCA医院感染护理管理前(2019年12月—2020年12月)的20名护理人员并将其作为参照组。对比两组护理质量、护理人员考核成绩以及相关人员对护理人员的护理满意度。结果：(1)观察组无菌操作、基础护理、护理态度、病房管理等各项护理质量评分均明显高于参照组，组间数据对比具备统计学差异(P<0.05)；(2)观察组护理人员理论知识及护理实践能力评分均显著高于参照组，数据对比具备统计学价值(P<0.05)；(3)观察组医生、患者以及患者家属对护理的满意度评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：医院感染护理管理中应用PDCA理念护理管理的效果比较明显，不但能够提升护理质量，而且还能提升家属对此管理模式的满意程度，具有较高的应用价值。
