【摘要】目的：讨论舒适护理对泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者心理和应激反应的影响。方法：选择2022年6月—2023年6月我院收治的200例泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者，将其分为两组，实验组采用舒适护理，对照组采用常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果：护理后，两组的护理满意率、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、心率、血压水平以及生活质量评分相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：在泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者护理中应用舒适护理，可以缓解负面情绪，提高护理满意率，改善生活质量。
