【摘要】目的：分析在颅脑手术患者术后机械通气中开展循证护理干预的临床价值。方法：纳入本院2022年1月—2022年12月期间收治的77例术后机械通气颅脑手术患者，以随机数表法将患者分为两组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用循证护理。比较两组机械通气时间、住院时间、机械通气相关指标、肠内营养并发症发生率以及医院感染发生率。结果：观察组机械通气时间与住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后，观察组氧合指数与潮气量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肠内营养并发症发生率与医院感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在颅脑手术患者术后机械通气中开展循证护理可缩短机械通气时间，改善氧合，防范肠内营养并发症及医院感染，保障机械通气安全性，可推广。
