【摘要】目的：探讨优质护理对老年慢性支气管炎患者生活质量的影响。方法：选择2022年8月—2023年8月期间我院收治的40例老年慢性支气管炎患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为优质护理组(20例)和普通护理组(20例)。比较两组患者护理前后的生活质量。结果：护理前，两组生活质量评分比较差异不大(P>0.05)；护理后，优质护理组患者生活质量评分高于普通护理组(P<0.05)。结论：对于老年慢性支气管炎患者，提供优质护理有助于改善患者的生活质量。
