【摘要】目的：探讨基于微信平台的延续性护理在产妇产褥期中的应用价值。方法：将共160例产褥期产妇纳入研究，纳入时间为2023年1月—2023年12月，纳入者的分组方式以不同干预方案为依据，各80例，对照组产妇进行常规护理，研究组产妇则联合开展基于微信平台的延续性护理，对比两组干预效果。结果：干预后，两组HAMD与HAMA评分较干预前均降低，且研究组降低优势较对照组明显(P<0.05)；干预后，两组产妇各项自我保健能力评分较干预前均明显提高，且研究组提高优势较对照组更加突出(P<0.05)；研究组不良事件发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)；研究组产妇护理满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论：在产妇产褥期中实施基于微信平台的延续性护理可有效纠正产妇负性心理，提高自我保健能力，降低不良事件发生率，提高产妇满意度，具有较高的应用价值。
