【摘要】目的：探讨对日间痔疮手术患者实施AIDET沟通模式及医护一体化健康教育的干预效果。方法：选择我院收治的80例日间痔疮手术患者为研究对象，收治时间为2021年11月—2023年11月，根据不同干预方案将入组者分组，对照组40例患者行常规护理，研究组40例患者联合开展AIDET沟通模式及医护一体化健康教育，对比两组患者的干预效果。结果：术后，两组患者疾病知识掌握度评分较术前均明显升高，且与对照组相比，研究组升高更加明显(P<0.05)；术后，两组患者无焦虑的占比较术前均明显升高，且与对照组相比，研究组升高更加明显(P<0.05)；研究组患者术后6h与离院前的NRS评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)；研究组患者护理满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论：对日间痔疮手术患者实施AIDET沟通模式及医护一体化健康教育有助于患者掌握疾病知识，缓解焦虑感及术后疼痛，值得在日间手术护理中推广应用。
