【摘要】目的：研究大健康背景下进行现代产科服务体系改革的方法。方法：选取2023年1月—2024年1月我院分娩的200例产妇为研究对象，对照组采用传统的服务模式，观察组采用现代产科服务模式，对比两组产妇在分娩结局、产程时间、产妇满意度方面的差异。结果：观察组产妇剖宫产率、新生儿窒息发生率、产后出血发生率与难产率均低于对照组，第一产程、第二产程与第三产程时间均短于对照组，总满意度明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：针对产妇实施现代产科服务模式，具有较高的应用价值，对于提升产科服务质量具有更加积极的意义，非常值得推广。
