【摘要】目的：探讨免费孕前优生健康检查及孕前健康教育在优生优育中的应用效果。方法：选取2020年1月—2023年1月铜川市耀州区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的60对备孕夫妻为研究对象，按照不同干预方案将其分为对照组(30对)与研究组(30对)。对照组采用免费孕前优生健康检查，研究组在对照组基础上联合采用孕前健康教育。比较两组夫妻孕前优生优育知识知晓率、新生儿出生缺陷与健康问题发生率、孕妇自我保健情况、分娩方式及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果：研究组孕前优生优育知识知晓率较对照组高(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿出生缺陷发生率及健康问题总发生率均较对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组孕妇自我保健评分及自然分娩率均较对照组高(P<0.05)。研究组不良妊娠结局发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论：在优生优育中开展免费孕前优生健康检查及孕前健康教育有助于帮助备孕夫妻掌握优生优育知识，对提高母婴健康水平、改善妊娠结局具有积极意义。
