【摘要】目的：探讨朝鲜族和汉族产妇的分娩体验及产妇配偶的陪伴分娩体验情况及影响因素。方法：使用分娩及陪产体验问卷对2021年9月—2022年12月在延吉市医院产科住院的自然阴道分娩的产妇及其配偶进行横断面调查，对不同维度得分和总分进行整理和系统性回顾性分析。结果：朝鲜族和汉族产妇分娩体验总分及朝鲜族和汉族产妇配偶的陪伴分娩体验总分比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)，分娩体验和陪产体验在不同维度具有相关性。结论：朝鲜族产妇分娩体验总分及其配偶的陪产体验总分低于汉族，产妇分娩体验和产妇配偶陪产体验互相影响。临床应提高服务水平，满足不同民族个性化需求，注重产妇分娩体验的同时也关注产妇配偶陪产体验。
