【摘要】目的：探究子宫球囊引产初产妇采用护理干预对其分娩结局和心理状态的影响。方法：选择2022年1月—2023年11月本院60例子宫球囊引产的初产妇为研究对象。分组采用随机数表法，对照组(30例)采用常规护理，研究组(30例)采用综合护理。比较两组分娩结局、心理状态以及护理满意度。结果：研究组自然分娩率明显高于对照组，产后出血量比对照组少(P<0.05)。护理后，两组SAS和SDS评分均降低，且研究组SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：初产妇分娩采取子宫球囊引产时对其进行综合护理可以改善分娩结局，缓解焦虑和抑郁情绪。
