【摘要】目的：探讨无痛分娩用于临床初产妇的效果及对母婴结局的影响。方法：在2023年6月—2024年3月时间段内从我院中选择82例初产妇做样本，随机平均分组后，实施自然分娩的为对照组，实施无痛分娩的为观察组。就两组产妇的疼痛程度及不良母婴结局进行对比。结果：观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组不良母婴结局发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：初产妇接受无痛分娩可明显减轻疼痛程度，降低不良母婴结局的发生率，值得推广。

    【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of painless delivery on clinical primiparous women and its impact on maternal and infant outcomes.Methods：From June 2023 to March 2024，82 primiparous women were selected from our hospital as samples，and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received natural delivery，while the observation group received painless delivery.
