【摘要】目的：分析全程陪伴联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉在分娩镇痛护理中的应用效果。方法：选择我院2021年1月—2023年12月收治的80例产妇，按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组，各40例。研究组予以全程陪伴联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉，对照组予以硬膜外阻滞麻醉联合常规护理。对比两组疼痛评分、产程、分娩情况以及负性情绪评分。结果：研究组的不同产程疼痛评分、宫口全开时和分娩后SAS和SDS评分及剖宫产率明显低于对照组，产程明显短于对照组，阴道分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05)；两组催产素应用率相当(P>0.05)。结论：针对硬膜外阻滞麻醉分娩产妇联合全程陪伴可减轻其分娩疼痛，缩短产程，缓解产后负面心理。
